建造業議會近年致力推廣「組裝合成」建築法（MiC），樂見本地公私營項目亦積極採用。香港房屋協會首個採用混凝土MiC的洪水橋/厦村新發展區第一期甲（洪水橋IA期）專用安置屋邨項目的資助出售房屋幾近完成，早前邀請建造業議會主席何安誠工程師參觀實際示範樓層，了解項目的科技應用及室內裝置。何安誠工程師讚揚房協以實例向業界展示MiC的優點，為推動MiC踏出重大一步。 • 詳情：https://www.cic.hk/chi/main/aboutcic/... • The Construction Industry Council (CIC) has been promoting the use of Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) in recent years. The Hong Kong Housing Society’s (HKHS) first concrete MiC Subsidised Sale Flats project at Phase IA, Dedicated Rehousing Estate of Hung Shui Kiu/Ha Tsuen New Development Area (HSK IA project) will be completed soon. Recently, Ir Thomas Ho On-sing, Chairman of the CIC, visited the project to understand how the project adopts technology and the quality of the interior fit-out.
