When you get introduced into Vietnamese cuisine,the first thing most people would tell you to try is Pho Bo. This is a delicious beef broth that is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Once you have tried a bowl of Pho like this, you will always want to have it again and again. Trust me, it's worth the time it takes. Enjoy! • A standard bowl of Pho would have some meat balls and Round Eye Beef. The more you add to it the more interesting it gets! • 8-10 Servings (People usually cook Pho in big batches, if you don't finish it you can put it in the fridge and heat it up again for the next meal. Trust me, it's a great left over food!) • Meats • 6lbs of Beef Bones/Marrow • 3 lbs of Round Eye Beef • 2 lbs Beef Brisket (optional) • 1 lbs Omason (optional) • 1 Package Omaysum (optional) • 1 Package Great Wall Beef Meat Balls • 3-4 Packages of Pho Noodles, (Sincere Orient Food Co.
