BRPS – a useful installation from GlobeCore, which implements the zeolite drying technology at energy and industrial enterprises for its regeneration in adsorbers (for example, a block of sorbent cartridges ZP-260). • Zeolite sorbent drying in this plant is carried out by removing oil residues with a steam generator. It washes the zeolite layer with superheated steam (110-130°C). Next, the zeolite undergoes moisture removal and drying with hot air supplied to the heater from the blower, and the sorbent reaches 250°C at the outlet – the temperature, at which its absorbing properties are restored. • At the ending stage the remaining vapour and steam-gas mixtures are removed by evacuation and the finished zeolite after cooling can be reused for drying electrical insulating oils.
