Reduce overshoot and improve response time with the DC Actual Follower function. The Power PI controller in the VACON® NXP Grid Converter contains a DC Actual Follower function. When activated, this function follows the actual DC voltage of a battery, when the Power PI controller is active. • When rapid response is not required, you can set the PI limits to match the battery natural droop at maximum load.
