Learn how to transpose songs into every key without memorizing major scales or knowing any music theory. Learn how to transpose into the key that best fits your specific voice. • Notes: A A# B C C# D D# E F F# G G# • Flatted: A Bb B C Db D Eb E F Gb G Ab • If transposing a song in the key of Eb to A make a list in a column of all the notes starting with Eb going down the page: Eb E F Gb G etc... and in a column next to that one start with A and work down the page: A Bb B etc... • Figure out YOUR vocal range. • Learn your songs melody on an instrument. Sing along with yourself playing the melody on your instrument, not the chords. Get exact. Match EVERY note.
