Hi everyone! Today, I'm bringing you two traditional Taiwanese mooncakes: taro egg yolk pastry and curry mung bean pastry! These mooncakes are full of layers of flavor. The taro pastry uses bamboo charcoal powder to create a two-toned crust, while the curry pastry combines sweet curry mung bean paste with stir-fried pork and adds shallots for extra flavor.
