This first episode will cover their rise, with Yahya ibn Ibrahim traveling across the Islamic world, trying to find support to reform the Berbers in West Africa. Eventually, he met with Abdallah ibn Yasin, who would become the spiritual leader of the Almoravids, expanding Almoravid territory up to the wars with the Kingdom of Barghawata, which had its own religion amidst all its Muslim neighbors.
