To complete this challenge: Win 38 times in a row with each Killer, use all 127 perks exactly once, total of 20 add-ons (2 iris, 4 purples, 5 greens, 5 yellows, 4 browns) spread across all killers and most offerings are not allowed. Since there's not enough perks to fill all slots, sometimes we play with incomplete loadouts.
