Copy Mocap from Motionbuilder to Mayas Advanced Skeleton

This is a step-by-step procedure to copy motion capture from Motionbuilder onto their Advanced Skeleton rigs. The reason I keep saying 'Zemekis' when I refer to some Motionbuilder files is that I made this for my students at USC that used the Mocap facilities in the Zemekis building at the time -- but this is for everyone to enjoy. Please enjoy and let me know your feedback in the comments. At around the 19:00 mark I keep saying 'Bake to FK' when I meant 'IK' - apologies.
