#BlendJet2 #BlendJetRecipe #BlendJet • This is a soft, spongy dosa that’s easy to make, tasty and can be made in no time- needs no fermentation! Pair it with a chutney of your choice and your breakfast is ready! • Ingredients: • Sooji 1 cup • Curd 1/2-3/4 cup • Poha/beaten rice 3 tbsp • Salt to taste • Pinch of Sugar • Water as required • Sesame oil as required • Idli podi/gun powder optional • Instructions: • 1. Wash the poha and soak it for 5-10 minutes. • 2. In a blender, add the sooji, soaked poha, curd and salt. Blend it till you get a fine paste. • 3. Add water and allow it to rest for 15-20 minutes or add Eno to make instant Dosa. • 4. Adjust the consistency by adding water. • 5. Take an iron griddle or any tawa of your choice and heat it. • 6. Add a spoonful of batter and make a thick dosa. • 7.
