One of the best parts of this grilled fish tacos recipe is that the only thing you need to cook is the fish. I used Cod for my grilled fish but any fish that you think tastes good will work for these fish tacos. • I learned a trick from a friend of mine and he likes to marinade the fish in yougurt and seasonings prior to grilling the fish. It helps the seasoning stick and gives it a little better texture for tacos in my opinion. • The grill I'm using today for my grilled fish tacos is the Mill Scale MetalWorks Yakitori Grill but any grill will do. I've used my gas grill, a regular charcoal grill, and it really doesnt matter... the fish cooks in just a couple of minutes. • So back to the grilled fish tacos: • 0:00 Intro • 0:37 Yougurt Marinade for Fish • 1:29 Preparing the Fish • 3:12 Cilantro Lime Cabage Slaw • 6:33 Pico de Gallo • 11:52 Mill Scale Metalworks Yakitori Grill • 13:44 Making the Grilled Fish Tacos
