http://TrainingLikeanAthlete.com - The inverted row is an awesome alternative to the pull-up/chin-up, especially if you are unable to complete full chins or pull-ups. It's a great way to target the posterior chain - rhomboids, middle/lower trapezious, posterior delts, rotator • cuff, flutes, hamstrings and lower back. In the video I use whats called the Equalizer (you can see more about that here) but you can use a bar on a squat rack, a smith machine, TRX or any other suspension trainer. You can use multiple grips as well.
