Today enjoy a free event highlighting Lowriders at San Jose City Hall from 12pm to 6pm. The plaza will be filled with Lowriders from car clubs, while street parking in front of City Hall will be open to all low riders first come, first serve. • Plaza Parking (City Hall Platform - Car Clubs will coordinate - Plaza Space is Full): • All Lowriders: Must be ready to exit by 5:45PM when streets reopen at 6PM. • Spectators: Parking available at 6th Street City Hall Garage and 5th Street East St. John. • Food trucks on 4th Street. • No BBQ pits, drugs, or alcohol. • #carshow #lowrider #california
