This a quick description of the build of a yet another DIY skittles sorting contraption. I made this to have some fun with the TCS3200, and to test it's usability. It turns out, that it is quite usable an results are repeatable , as long as the test conditions remain unchanged. I noticed, that even ambient light could throw off the readings quite a bit. So the way to go is have it calibrate itself before using, to account for any changes, and should be good to go.
