These little shortbread tarts are unbelievable versatile. Using only 4 ingredients, we used the Thermochef for extreme ease but you good do this by hand or with a stand mixer. just make sure your butter is nice and soft. Fill them with our cheekyricho fruit mince at Christmas, or make use of all those summer preserves. Our cheekyricho Blueberry Jam or Lemon Curd is perfect as we who you you here in this recipe the Passionfruit Butter is pretty good too.
