As a childfree millennial woman, watching and listening to many mothers talk about their experience of motherhood is my personal birth control. As we work to decenter men from our personal lives and work towards self improvement and healing unhealthy attachment styles, it's important to see what the effects of the patriarchy look like in the everyday household.
