Learn how to bake the most delicious vanilla cake using this simple recipe. • it is an easy to follow recipe that gives a very delicious and moist cake so yummy and tasty. • Recipe for 1kg or 8 vanilla cake • Ingredients • • 1. Wheat Flour 230gm/ 2 cups • 2. Sugar 210gms/ 1 cup • 3. Butter/ margarine 160gms/1cup • 4. Eggs 6 big ones • 5. Baking powder 11gm/2 Tablespoon • 7. Vanilla 1 table spoon • Method • 1. Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees. • 2. Grease a 4 or 1kg baking tin and set aside. • 3. Mix all the wet ingredients. That is : eggs ,sugar, butter/ margarine and vanilla flavour. using a wooden spoon, spatula or a mixer using the whisk attachment mix for 1 minute. • 4. In a separate bowl, Add wheat flour and baking powder them together then pour it in the eggs mixer and mix them for 5 minutes on a low speed or until they are all well combined. • 5.
