Liverpool City Council says it has committed to fully co-operating with an investigation into the deaths of a man and woman who became trapped in their car in a flooded road over the weekend. • Elaine and Philip Marco, aged 75 and 77, were found by police inside a black Mercedes Class 180 that had become submerged in a flooded area of Queens Drive in Mossley Hill on Saturday evening.
