There is plenty of Sunday football this time of year, but there is also lots of Saturday football to check out right here in Norfolk. • The Department of Recreation, Parks, and Open Space is currently right in the middle of another season of youth football. More than 1,800 kids aged 5-14 take the field each Saturday for 75 different teams from now until November 13th at various schools, parks and recreation centers in the mermaid city. • Cheered on by 17 different cheer squads, everyone has the chance to get some exercise and have fun all throughout the fall. • http://www.norfolk.gov/rpos/
