It is, rather, cognate with Buraq (البُراق‎), the name of the anthropocephalous horse of Mohammed's Night Flight to the Temple Mount. On the other hand, Obama's first name (بارك‎) is cognate to Hebrew Baruch (בָּרוּךְ), meaning blessèd, benedict . (As to whether Hillary is more like Deborah or more like, say, Lady Macbeth, I leave up to you.)
