It is, rather, cognate with Buraq (البُراق), the name of the anthropocephalous horse of Mohammed's Night Flight to the Temple Mount. On the other hand, Obama's first name (بارك) is cognate to Hebrew Baruch (בָּרוּךְ), meaning blessèd, benedict . (As to whether Hillary is more like Deborah or more like, say, Lady Macbeth, I leave up to you.)
