Elderflower cordial is a real taste of summer and can be added to so many things. • We use elderflower cordial in refreshing soft drinks as well as a gin mixer. You can even freeze some flowers in ice cubes. • The recipe for elderflower cordial is; • 1.5L boiling water • 1kg sugar • 4 lemons or 3 large lemons • 20 elderflower heads.
