http://blackhillsfoamworks.com/ In this video we are demonstrating how to glue EPS foam sheets with Spray Fill Foam. Spray 1/2in bead every 1 to 2 inches apart over the entire area. Let the Fill foam set for about 5 minutes to expand. Lightly place the two pieces together exactly were you want them, try not to move it after you set it. Now let that dry a few hours to maybe over night. Trace your image or free hand it and carve.
