Smoked salmon sandwich topped with poached egg • Avocado mix • 1 avocado • 2 table spoons of cream cheese • 1 spoon of olive oil • salt, pepper • chopped capers • diced tomatoes • touch of balsamic vinegar • Poached egg - add white vinegar into the boiling water, spin water before you will drop your egg (for better shape of your poached egg) • Add on your sandwich cucumber, onion, smoked salmon and finish it with poached egg. • On the end finish egg with black pepper and red paprika.
