Having learned about major underworld movements that could threaten national security, Arnold alerts his local branch of the FBI so that the criminal low-lives can be taken down. Unfortunately, rather than offer any assistance, the jobsworths on the other end question Arnie's credentials, and seem to take issue with the way that his voice sounds. • Not one to be cowed by witness intimidation, our titular hero goes even further in the line of duty, and begins a correspondence with his workplace - the Miami PD. Things go south quickly, though, when Arnold is somehow connected with people that he really shouldn't be calling.
