I used two AD200 for 3.5 years, mainly for in-studio and on-location indoors for portraits and business headshots. I fired between 50,000 and 60,000 flashes with each, mostly using the bulb and power settings between 1/16 and 1/8+0.7. I try to stay below 1/4 most of the time due to my shooting style with business portraits, since the recycle time get much slower once you get to 1/4 and above. I am still shooting with the initial bulbs that came with it. I am also using the AK-R1 with the round heads a lot for backdrop lighting. Typical modifiers I am using with the AD200 are 80x80 cm softboxes, 120x60 cm softboxes, beauty dish, large octa boxes, large 180 cm umbrellas, etc. • Purchase the AD200 pro on Amazon: https://geni.us/UTD1vA1 (affiliate link) • Chapters: • 00:00 Start • 00:53 What the flash went through • 02:36 Accessories the AD200 was used with • 03:59 Overall performance, reliability and battery life • 06:52 Key advantages • 09:32 Comparison to AD600Pro, V1 and TT685 • 11:55 Summary • My Instagram: / ego.shooters • #godoxad200 #longtermreview #review • The following links are affiliate/paid advertisement links which help me to finance this channel: • //plan and visualize your lighting with the set.a.light software (I really recommend it) • https://geni.us/cdr3Aw • //xRite color checkers (various versions) • https://geni.us/yeCzfdz • //backup hardware and tools • goodsync https://geni.us/3aXwG+ • western digital external harddrives: https://geni.us/MrKuBD • seagate external harddrives: https://geni.us/K4CQyw • transcent rugged external harddrives: https://geni.us/eV26o • portable hd case: https://geni.us/OBJxs • //my cameras • Sony A7iii https://geni.us/U2qYS • Sony A6000 https://geni.us/KKTdA9g • Sony X3000 https://geni.us/zKB4sZh • //my lenses • Sony 85mm F1.8 https://geni.us/w1Xm • Sony 55mm F1.8 https://geni.us/LS97sLV • Sony 12-24mm F4 https://geni.us/m3x5 • Sony 24-105mm F4 https://geni.us/SOuG3 • Sigma Art 35mm F1.4 https://geni.us/R76Be • //my flashes and lights • flash • Godox V1 https://geni.us/GfKs (make sure to check the model that fits your camera!) • Godox TT685s https://geni.us/YGaC (make sure to check the model that fits your camera!) • Godox AD200 https://geni.us/yeBJnsi (the newest version ist the pro version) • Godox AD600Pro https://geni.us/W4NFW • Godox SK400ii https://geni.us/VcRvNrF • rechargeable batteries Panasonic Eneloop Black: https://geni.us/StwX • LED lights • Godox SL60w https://geni.us/UpEIUQ • Godox SL140wii https://geni.us/sgM046f • //my audio recording devices • Zoom H1n https://geni.us/dIpr8O • Rode Smartlav+ https://geni.us/E2Lv6 • Rode adapter https://geni.us/DxAEmmu • //my light meters and color checkers • Sekonic L-308X https://geni.us/jLx03 • Sekonix L-858D https://geni.us/3qJ7H1D • X-Rite ColorChecker Video https://geni.us/wcVFDc • //my editing peripherals, software and stock sources • Wacom One S bluetooth https://geni.us/NUr8ItW • Blackmagic Davinci Resolve Speed editor https://geni.us/9YnXycs • epidemic sound https://geni.us/9UHi3 • //RAW development and video editing • Capture One Pro https://www.captureone.com/de/downloa... • Davinci Resolve https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/prod...
