*** Disclaimer: You DO have to be careful when doing this and it is not for everyone! If your hair is healthy and you just have a little bit of breakage from pony tails and what not, I would say to not do it! It is mostly for damaged areas and people who bleach their hair (like me!!) and have dead ends at all different lengths! Just be the judge of that. If you see split ends and lots of broken dead pieces then this is for you! Email me at [email protected] if you have any questions! • I hate trimming my hair because I feel like it never has time to grow when I am cutting an inch off every couple months so instead I do this every so often.
