The steps aren't shovelled. • Woman, get my shovel. • We've been sent to Newfoundland to help with • the snow removal. • The people have been so nice and friendly. • Too friendly. • It's hampering our efforts. • Hello there young fella! • Sir. Please go inside, we're here to shovel you • out. • You're here to shovel me out. • I'm here to shovel you in. • We call it a Newfoundland standoff. • My God, sure is a state of emergency, look • at you, you're skin and bones. • Alice, get in the kitchen and cook the boys • up a turkey. • You've got time for a quick turkey don't cha? • My God, will only take 6 hours. • I haven't got a turkey, I've got no food left • in the house. • 'Scuse me for a minute boys. • Alice can I talk to you for a moment in the • other room? • WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU. COOK AND YOU AIN'T GOT NO FOOD IN THE HOUSE? • GET OUT TO THE GAS STATION AND BUY SOMETHING. • They don't have a turkey at the gas station! • TELL THEM IT'S AN EMERGENCY. TELL THEM YOU NEED ENOUGH FOOD TO FEED AN ARMY! • She's just cooking it up for now b'ys. • [Door slams] • Won't be long now, b'ys. • Bertilla! • This here's my daughter, Bertilla. • Bertilla, this is the army. • They're here to save us. • Bertilla here can't shovel on account of her • asthma. • Now there's nothing else wrong with her! • And she got a certificate from the trade school. • Bertilla got no man, do you Bertilla. • Dad! • We really should go. • Oh God, Bertilla. • Would it have killed you to put on a bit of • makeup? • I got the turkey! • I'll have to stuff it with storm chips! • It's frozen, but it won't take long to thaw! • Sir we have to leave. • No don't go boys, why don't you stay and have • a beer? • We got no beer. • Won't you stay and have some heart pills. • Have some heart pills, couple of heart pills • won't hurt you. • It's been three days now. • The army is trying to send more soldiers to • free us but, I don't believe anyone's coming. • What you doing now you dance with the cameraman. • Please sir-- • Dance!
