In this video Diablo 3 Black Mushroom Location, I show you what this item does and is found. The Black Mushroom is a rare item used to craft the Staff of Herding to gain access to Whimsyshire. It spawns on the first level of Tristram Cathedral in Act I in a secret room that spawn randomly on this level.
