Se i Paesi del Sud-Est Asiatico e del Subcontinente hanno una tradizione culinaria e gastronomica ricchissima, a maggior ragione lo è quella della Malaysia, con le sue culture malese, cinese, tamil, peranakan (nyonya), per non parlare degli Orang Asli, Dayak ed altri popoli e tribù autoctoni della Penisola e del Borneo malaysiano. Ovviamente il mio video non pretende di trattare in maniera esauriente e capillare l’argomento: vuol semplicemente essere un resoconto di quella che è stata la mia esperienza durante il mio viaggio lungo la Penisola di Malacca, dalla città di Ipoh fino al confine con Singapore, Johor Bahru.
