Our version of the Singapore Sling uses fresh pineapple juice, although a little more troublesome but trust us, it is totally worth it. We are also using a Singapore Dry Gin from Brass Lion Distillery, this Gin is perfect from this drink as it contains aromatics like torch ginger flower and lemongrass.
