The Wagan Power Dome “400”, model 2354, is a jumpstarter with additional features such as air compressor, work light, USB port, 12VDC sockets and 115VAC outlets. • I used many times for jumpstarting my vehicle and also helped others as well. Like many other battery operated devices the battery is not holding charge.
