We place them on a baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 220° for 30 minutes. Meanwhile we start preparing our stuffing. We put chopped onions and garlic in a pot, add olive oil and salt, roast for 2 minutes. Then add the ground meat, it should turn color. We roast it for five 6 minutes. Then we respectively add chopped tomatos and peppers, tomato paste and chili paste and cook them well. Add hot water and boil for 5 minutes. We take the eggplants out of the oven and empty their inner parts with the help of a spoon and sprinkle some salt and pepper into them. We put our stuffing in a strainer and start suffing the eggplants with the help of a spoon. We place tomato and pepper slices onto the stuffed eggplants. Pour the sauce over them. Then we put it in a 180° hot oven and bake for another 30 minutes. A perfect taste comes out. I trust you, it will be a very nice KARNIYARIK dish with your patience.
