Hey there folks, thanks for checking out this quick little video on how to save the carrot harvest for the winter months to come! I must admit, this is the first time I've ever grown enough carrots to need to attempt saving them but from everything I've found online, and a wonderful fellow in town who does the same thing, this simple way to keep your carrots actually works! • Layer peat moss and carrots in a container, check them as needed and enjoy your harvest all winter long!
