In this short video, we'll show you how to make rockfish potato cakes! • Don't forget to get your Alaska sport fishing license for access to catch and cook all the species featured in these videos: https://www.adfg.alaska.gov/Store/ • Ingredients: • 1 fillet rockfish (pre-cooked) • 2 potatoes, softened (or leftover mashed potatoes) • ½ cup bread crumbs • 3 green onions, chopped • 1 egg • Salt and pepper to taste • Oil for frying • Yields 6 cakes. • ©ADF G
