Just a little run down on the duck hunting procedures and rules for Sooner Lake in North Central Oklahoma. Sooner is owned by Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co. We get to hunt and fish the lake but need to follow the rules and guidelines. Some of which are hard to find on the internet or are unspoken gentlemen agreements among us hunters that frequent the lake.
