This is Zachary Fiorido I will have you shaking and sweating with this 5 minute thin thigh workout set to the song Shout out to my ex by Little Mix. Share this workout with a friend for me :) • This is quick thigh slimming sculpting exercises for both men and women. This really works on your inner outer thighs to help tighten and tone them. To do this exercise you’ll need a chair or a desk or anything that you can put your hands on for balance. You will be in a standing position and I want your feet standing together and I want you to to go into a small V. Now lift up on the balls of your feet just an inch and you're barely lifting those heels off the floor. • Your heels are barely touching but connect your heels though and you want to sync your seat into your heels . Then we lower down and up while your hands are on your chair for balance. The main work is in these thighs and it's going to burn. • Continue on raising the hands and lower exhale and inhale reaching to the sky up and down really keeping your core engaged. Remember your heels are just a little bit off the floor and you're moving up and down 3 -2 -1 and stay low those heels getting bigger as you go along. • Singles: Do the same motion but instead of pulsing down 3-2-1 you are going up and down in one single motion. Then hold it at the bottom with hand on hip and same thing at the bottom we are going to pulse up-down up-down. Check to see if your heels are connected because that's key. Are your heels just an inch off the floor? That's another point you want to make sure chest is tall and tuck that tailbone under. • Next Move thighs in and in and out motion still staying low. Repeat this and next do the same in and out motion in double time. You are going to feel your thighs burning at this point. • Now Reset. Stand back up feet together in small v and heels connected. This time lift up heels super high reconnect those heels and your heels are in a very high stance. Then sink your seat over your heels and pulse repeat. Keep chest tall and heels connected. • Keep going with same position we are going to pulse down in 3 -2 -1 back up.
