The atmospheric nature and relaxing harmonies lend themselves to a more laid-back/chill arrangement, but I wanted to inject some much needed energy/variation for this particular piano cover. Otherwise, this video would blend in with the sea of, fine-but-very-true-to-the-original piano covers already out there. • I go through the theme proper as normal but at the halfway point, an explosion of arpeggios set up a triumphant version of main theme. Then I work towards taking the energy back down for a more intimate variation on the B theme, before looping back to the start. • All in all the process for writing this arrangement was a bit more impromptu/directionless/go-with-the-flow than my usual process. As a result I'm a bit surprised how it turned out. I hope the new additions to the theme don't detract from the original.
