Welcome! This video demonstrates my oat shirataki noodles recipe using glucomannan powder. I really love these noodles because they have a fantastic taste and texture, almost like eating real pasta. • Oat Shirataki Noodles Recipe • 1 cup cool water • 2 Tablespoons Oat Fiber (not oat flour) • 2 Tablespoons glucomannan powder • 1/4 teaspoon pickling lime • Pour water into a bowl. Whisk oat fiber into water and let sit for a few minutes. • Mix glucomannan and pickling lime. Add to bowl and whisk vigorously to avoid lumps. Whisk about 30 second. Do not whisk too much or the gel will get too thick. • Put into pasta press or potato ricer and squirt shirataki noodles into simmering water.
