Tucked away on a beautiful estate in Suffolk, this Victorian kitchen garden is an exciting project for Novikov Restaurants. • The objective is to bring this garden back to life, by cultivating fresh and wonderful produce to be used in Novikov kitchen. • There are many things to be done by spring: fertilising the soil, repairing the glasshouses, emptying the shelves and maintain the garden tools. • The video features Merriel, the head gardener in her first day at the garden.
