For other uses, I would probably recommend the standard (non high-speed) version of this fan. • I honestly think this is the best radiator fan be quiet! has made, mainly because of the frame design. On the Silent and Pure Wings series, huge gaps around the frame are left for air to escape through, and the funnel-shaped intake on the Silent Wings becomes a problem when working against high backpressure (although that style of intake is great for low impedance applications). This design has some audible resonances, but they're not too bad I think.
