And they are cosmic cycles because they are related to cosmic events outside of our bodies. One of the major cycles is the daily cycle of our exposoure to light and dark based on what the sun is doing with the earth. So when the sun comes up in the morning, you can see at the bottom of the graph here. When the sun comes up in the morning your cortisol levels will start to peak right around 6 in the morning. And that again is based on our hormonal rhythm, circadium rhythm, or daily rhythm. The daily cosmic cycles is regulated by the exposure to light and dark. So as the sun comes out, our cortisol levels peak. And they rise to a level of 20 units. • Over the couse of the day you can see that as the sun starts to go down the cortisol level will start to drop. At around 6 at night when the sun is going down, you start to see them go to very low levels. And at night time they end up around a 1 or a 2. so they start at a surge around a 20 and through out the day the cortisol levels drop to a level of 1 or a 2. and this is a normal circadian rhythym. Normal bio rhythm. And its going to fluxuate depending on how our stress levels are. • Dr Raj wants to leave you with one quick point. If you get this you can free yourself from chronic fatigue and pain and depression and overweight. • The ovarian hormones do not spontaneously malfunction by themselves. The female hormones do not all of a sudden malfunction by them selves. They are responding to stress as a stress hormone called cortisol. • Every molecule of cortisol that you produce comes from progesterone. When you under stress, guess what happens? Your cortisol goes up and your progesterone drops. • Dr Raj wants to test your cortisol and fix it.
