A very sweet confection that is very colourful and will definitely appeal to kids. • Adults, maybe not so much :) • Rocky road peanut butter fudge video link: • • Rocky Road Peanut Butter Ball Fudge • Recipe found here: • http://www.imtopsyturvy.com/cake-batt... • • 2 cups + 2 tablespoons cake mix (white or golden) • One half cup butter (one stick) cut into four cubes • 2 cups of powdered sugar • One quarter cup milk • Two thirds cup white chocolate chips (optional) • One half cup rainbow sprinkles • Place cake mix and powdered sugar in a large bowl and stir together. Add the butter and the milk and do not stir. • Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir until well combined, the batter will be thick. Stir in the chips and the rainbow sprinkles, stirring gently. If you stir too much or too hard the sprinkles will start to dissolve and the colours will smear. • Spread the batter into a foil lined 8x8 inch baking dish, sprinkling with more sprinkles if desired and then refrigerate until set (2-3 hours) and chilled. • Remove from pan and cut into squares.
