Empty the glue into a container. • 2. Add Water. You'll need it to be 50% glue and 50% water. For a thicker consistency use half as much water as glue. In the video, I make the thicker consistency version. • 3. Stir and Shake shake shake • Homemade Mod Podge isn't as strong or resistant to damage as the store-bought brand.
