The second game chronologically (and in release) order in the 3D universe. Taking place in 1986 two years after the events of Vice City Stories. This game follows fan favorite Tommy Vercetti as he goes on to take over the city before he deals with Sonny Forelli the current don of the Forelli Crime Family.
