#DeodorantQuality #DeodorizationPerformanceEvaluation #PhysicalPropertyEvaluation • The process of drying municipal wastes for recycling can generate harmful gas including incombustible gas, odor, dust, and mist. Note however, that the general system for reducing the gas is difficult to manage due to sediments like sludge and water generated after decomposing the gas, giving rise to many problems such as increased costs and shorter system life. This system resolves those issues by decomposing and removing noxious substances included in the harmful gas through the next process. It absorbs harmful gas by vents, removes the dust first in the bag filter, and then burns off moisture and odorous components with sterilization at a high temperature of 800°C in the regenerative thermal decomposer. The regenerative thermal decomposer maintains a constant temperature by interchangeable type, and the conversion damper switches a circulation path for the efficient maintenance of temperature and removal. The temperature of the harmful gas passing through the damper is 158°C, and it decreases to 102°C in the air-cooled heat exchanger, and it decreases again to 35°C which is the best temperature for increasing deodorization efficiency in the water-cooled heat exchanger. Finally, the gas is transported from the bottom to the top of the chemical treatment tower, neutralized by sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide. The odor is chemically removed by spraying the deodorant composition. The harmful gas decomposed and removed from noxious components is discharged into the outside through the outlet. This system is a highly efficient system for eliminating odor by neutralization and chemical action without removing sludge and moisture because it burns mist and dust through filters at a higher temperature than the existing system. 56-20, Hoehak 3-gil, Onsan-eup, Ulju-gun, Ulsan, Korea.
