In October 2016, high school student Rachel DeMaio passed away from a drug laced with carfentanil- an opioid that is 10,000 times stronger than morphine. • In an effort to combat the current drug epidemic that is plaguing North East Ohio, and the rest of the United States, her friends and mother created this video.
