How to Repair 2000W Sine Inverter • Today, I bought a broken 2000W inverter from a second hand store. If a value of ~ 500 between pins D and S is a good mosfet, otherwise, replace the mosfet. • -Check the DC filter capacitor 12 - 24V • -Check the 310V filter capacitor • -Check fast diode • -Check PWM signal from SG3525 or TL494 (about 35Khz) • -Check the H-bridge mosfet (310VDC - 220VAC) • -Check the SPWM module and driver ic. • Replace broken components and test with 12 - 24v power supplies at 1A current.
