Luke displays two excellent examples of stoneware made in the great state of Ohio, a prolific potting center: a double-handled jug made in 1856 to hold Fowler's Peach Brandy, and a five-gallon Akron area jug bearing the wonderful design of a stylized owl. Both will be sold as part of our November 3, 2018 auction of American stoneware redware pottery. http://www.crockerfarm.com
