Recently while out on a ride, I noticed that my bike was running poorly and had significantly less power than normal. At idle and low RPM's it seemed to run fine but through the mid range and high RPM's it would bog and act like it wasn't getting enough gas. These are the tell tale signs with any carbureted bike that one of your jets are plugged. Thankfully this job is easy and doesn't cost more than a can of carburetor cleaner to resolve. In this video we will show you how to take apart a two stroke carburetor and how to clean the jets and ports that air and fuel flows through. If you are experiencing poor performance with your bike, this is a great place to start and will likely have great results.
