Love the look, love the taste 💖 Try this easy and amazing raspberry cake by our Alice_ in_ wonderpastry 😍 • INGREDIENTS (20cm sponge cake) • 5 eggs • 110 g sugar • 80 g white chocolate • 120 g butter • 95 g flour • 50 g potato starch • 4 g baking powder • Raspberry jam • FOR THE GANACHE • 300 g white chocolate • 150 g raspberry pulp • Sift the flour and the starch • Beat the eggs with the sugar until they're light and fluffy • Melt gently the white chocolate with the butter than add it to a little part of the whipped eggs. • Mix all over together, add little by little all the dry ingredients, stirring gently. • Bake at 338°F (170°C) for 30/40 mins. • Cool your sponge cake, then cut in half and fill with some raspberry jam. • Heat some of the same jam with some water than brush evenly over the top and sides of the cake. • For the glaze, melt the white chocolate and add the lukewarm raspberry pulp. • Glaze your cake than let it chill in the fridge for about half an hour before decorating. • #giallozafferano #pink #cake #raspberry #sachertorte
